Metro Sports is Kansas City's 24-hour all sports network. With our partnership with ESPN News, we have the best sports news from around the country and around the world.

Monday through Friday check out Metro Sports Talk at 6 PM. Mick Shaffer hosts the hour-long call-in show with scores, highlights and in-studio guests.

At 10 PM, it's time for Metro Sports Zone with Dave Stewart. Its a half-hour of scores, highlights and commentary on the day's events.

Friday nights, Metro Sports airs the High School Game of the Week and High School Roundup. Nowhere else on the planet will you find more in-depth high school coverage than on Metro Sports.

Every Sunday, Metro Sports wraps up the weekend of sports around Kansas City on Metro Sports Sunday. Host Brad Porter recaps the big sporting news, including scores and highlights.

Fred White also hosts each month's installment of Hometown Heroes. It's interviews and highlights of Kansas City sports heroes, including Len Dawson, Brian McRae, George Brett, Maurice Greene, Larry Drew and others.

Metro Sports also is the home for niche shows like Tee Time (hosted by Fred White), and Metro Retro, a replay of classic Metro Sports games.

In 2003, Time Warner Cable and Metro Sports signed a five-year agreement to air the Royals Sports Television Network (RTSN).

In addition to great studio programming, Metro Sports televises sporting events and specialty shows, including Big XII Conference football and basketball, Big Ten Conference football and basketball, Missouri Valley Conference football and basketball, Mid-Continent Conference soccer, volleyball, basketball and track and field, MIAA football, the NAIA Division I and II National Basketball Tournaments, Major League Soccer and Fishing the Midwest; and great coaches shows, including: Bill Snyder (Kansas State), Gary Pinkel (Missouri), Jim Woolridge (Kansas State), Quin Snyder (Missouri), Barry Collier (Nebraska), Kelvin Sampson (Oklahoma), Eddie Sutton (Oklahoma State), Steve Alford (Iowa) and Deb Patterson (Kansas State).
