This email appears to be from Commerce Bank. The scam email is of course not from Commerce Bank, but appears to actually be from Finland.
If you click on the link you are taken to an FTP program at a web site in Finland where they will steal your bank account information and empty your bank account.
Don't be duped by these Web criminals.
