Kansas City Trash and recycling collection delayed one day

Trash and recycling collection for residents of the City of Kansas City, Mo., will be delayed one day for observance of the President's Day holiday.

Residents who usually have Monday collection will receive this service Tuesday, Feb. 19. Residents who usually have Friday collection will receive this service Saturday, Feb. 23.
