Sprint Distance

Swim (500 meters in Smithville Lake)
Bike (10 miles on county roads)
Run (5K out-and-back on paved trails near the lake)

Description:

We've been working since the end of this year's event to put together an even bigger, better, and exciting race for 2007. Many things will stay the same (the course, the excellent volunteers, the fun!) and we'll be adding activities and opportunities for you to become even more involved in the multisport lifestyle.

Stay tuned as we near the end of the year for more details and announcements.

Race Entry Fees:

Individual
Early Bird: $50 (USAT members), $60 (non-USAT members) until June 1
Regular: $60 (USAT members), $70 (non-USAT members) until August 8
Registration ends August 8 (no race day registration)

Team

Early Bird (until June 1): $50 per person (add $10 for each team member that is not an annual USAT member)
Regular (until August 8): $60 per person (add $10 for each team member that is not an annual USAT member)
Registration ends August 8 (no race day registration)

Note: field will be limited to 350 female triathletes.

Packet Pickup: 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.
Mandatory Pre-race Meeting: 8:00 a.m.
