ANNOUNCEMENTS
1. The LPAT is currently accepting applications for part-time technical positions. Especially desired are applicants who have experience with computer-controlled lighting and audio consoles, customer service experience, and who are available during "normal" hours (8a - 5p) on weekdays.
2. Teams of volunteers are needed for the 5-day 2007 Region V AACTFest. Pre-event preparation is already underway for this major event. Thus, some positions, to be filled by volunteers with special skills in organization and planning, are needed now. Volunteers for other positions will be identified now; but assigned to various tasks later on, closer to the event dates. Most volunteers will receive cross-training in multiple positions. An all-volunteer orientation meeting is scheduled on Sun, Apr 15, 2007 (time to be announced). Volunteers are thanked in a variety of ways, including entry passes, t-shirts, recognition, and, especially, satisfaction and fun. Volunteer positions needed:
